MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

Also known as a royal and majestic fabric, the production process of the fabric is an elaborated one.

• In order to achieve different thickness, the manufacturers spin the fabric material into the yarn.
• After choosing the required textile, the computerized loom is set to weave the yarn in the explicit pattern.
• The yarn is then fed into the loom. Since the design is woven in the fabric, the fibers form a network of threads for the formation of the design.
• The finished fabric is then treated to increase the heat resistance and durability.
